1. Services Provided

• We offer repair and maintenance services for LED, LCD, and Plasma televisions of various brands.
• Services are delivered at customer locations (doorstep service) within Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
• A service guarantee of 3 months is provided for repairs carried out by our technicians, subject to conditions below.

2. Service Appointments

• Customers must provide accurate details (name, address, phone number, and TV model) while booking.
• Appointments are scheduled based on customer convenience and technician availability.
• Any changes or cancellations should be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Charges and Payments

• Service charges are communicated before starting any repair work.
• Additional charges apply if replacement parts are required, and only genuine parts are used.
• Payment must be made immediately after completion of service through cash, UPI, or other accepted modes.

4. Warranty & Guarantee

• We provide a 3-month service guarantee for the repair work performed.
• The guarantee covers only the same issue repaired, not unrelated problems or damage caused by mishandling.
• Manufacturer warranty (if applicable) on spare parts will be honored.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure proper access to the service location.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their own data and TV settings.
• Any unauthorized repair or tampering by third parties after our service will void the guarantee.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While our technicians use expertise and genuine parts, we are not liable for:
  • Pre-existing issues or hidden damages in the TV.
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, parts availability).
  • Any indirect loss (data loss, missed programs, business interruption).

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and handle customer data as per our Privacy Policy.
• Personal information is used only for communication, scheduling, and service updates.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
